Grammar Electrical is a family-owned business providing quality electrical services since 1948. They have grown from a small business, serving their local community to one of Auckland’s larger residential electrical services providers.
Our Approach: We initially rebuilt the website and landing pages to support an industry leading on-site SEO structure while balanced this with high converting, mobile-centric landing pages. A major challenge was balancing the perception of a “low-cost” brand with the trustworthiness and professionalism you want in an electrical provider.
We invented new ways to track and dashboard metrics so we could measure which exact advertising was driving phone calls - Key info that is typically extremely difficult to separate out for brands with high levels of word of mouth enquiries.We became (we expect) the largest Google Ads spender in the electrical industry before moving to a marketing focus of automating out efforts to reduce ongoing marketing costs.
Lastly we developed reusable templates and repeatable marketing processes for reporting and location by location rollouts, meaning we hand less strategic marketing tasks back to their internal marketing team.
UI/UX Design Direction
Our team of designers and copywriters worked hard to create a new feel to the Grammar Electrical business that was new and modern.
We focused on making the brand consistent across the entire website whilst creating high converting copy. The brand itself was updated with new colors and fonts, and graphic visuals which made it feel fast and trustworthy.
Mobile-first Lead Generation
Mobile first is essential to lead generation in today’s market.
With the majority of traffic converting on smartphones and smaller screens, our team of copywriters and designers worked hard to make the website beautiful, and highlight key selling points so customers can scan the website when they are on the go.
