Marquette Companies asked us to brand their first luxury property in the West Loop area of Chicago named Catalyst. We were tasked with design and development of the brand identity, positioning, overarching campaign themes for pre-leasing efforts, building & leasing space signage, and various sales collateral and marketing materials.
