🌟 Unlocking the Secrets of UI with VSCO App Recreation

Greetings, fellow design enthusiasts! Today, I'm excited to share a captivating journey where photography and design converge in a delightful dance💃🏻

🤓 The Challenge I Embraced

My mission? To embark on a creative exploration by recreating the VSCO app, a photo and video editing powerhouse. 📸✨ This endeavour was a deep dive into the app's inner workings, dissecting its core structure, and unravelling the threads that weave its design fabric. From icons and sections to paddings, margins, and the seamless flow between screens, left no stone unturned. 🧐📐

📌 Focused on Core Elements

Throughout this attempt, my focus remained rooted in the app's fundamental elements: the Home screen, the Search and Discovery section, the LAB (like a creative Photo Editing area), the User Profile, and Spaces 🏡🔍✂️

🚀 Embarking on Figma Prototyping Adventure

In a bold move, I ventured into prototyping for the very first time!💡 This pushed me to delve deeper into the app's inner workings, first deciphering the logic of the actual app and then skillfully replicating this flow within the prototype. It has been a transformative learning experience, embracing a hands-on, trial-and-error approach to prototype construction. From managing overflows and scrolls to understanding transitions, Figma has emerged as a potent tool for bridging the gap between design and development teams and this I wanted to experience firsthand.👨‍💻

🌈 In Summary: A Passionate Learning Journey

It’s been a project crafted with utmost care and one from which I once again gleaned valuable insights that I hope to apply in my upcoming projects. Stay tuned.🚀

PS. You can give the prototype a try just here.
