Monero Logo Redesign Concept
This is an experimental redesign of Monero's logo.
Monero is the leading cryptocurrency focused on private and censorship-resistant transactions. The majority of existing cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, have transparent blockchains. Transactions can be verified and/or traced by anyone in the world. This means that the sending and receiving addresses of these transactions could potentially be linked to real-world identities.
Monero, on the other hand, uses various technologies to ensure the privacy of its users.
Because Monero is a well-known brand in the crypto space, I wanted to keep the token essentially the same while still updating the brand to current design standards. The inspiration for the logo and color palette comes from manilla folders that are used for classified documents.
