Story Menu

This was a result of problem solving after user testing as we expand this project to more pages. We initially just had `story` and assumed people might click on it to find out things were under it but they didn’t. Where there is room, this is expanded so everything is visible but it was more difficult to solve on smaller screens. This solve gives a better peek into what is behind this menu and how much stuff is in it, at least a much better job than a generic hamburger or one word button.
