Longform Podcast Player

I’m working with the great folks of Longform on an update to their website.

First up, the audio player and show notes for their podcast. Check the attachment for a full screenshot.

My two favorite bits:

1. The “new window” action, which sets the audio player free from the current page, and lets readers continue to browse the site without fear of interrupting the podcast.

2. The faded preview of the Show Notes, which gives listeners a hint of what’s in there before expanding them.
