Behind UI design project motivation:

Bangladesh railway provide online "eticket service" to the traveler's for purchase a ticket through online. But "eticket service" system provide web and mobile apps poor services, to the travelers create unsatisfactory user experience. For redesign this project, key goals are - reduce HCI gap through better interaction design by re design user interface design and create a user experience eco system.
