Nebraska NICE

I did a little doodle that turned into a design that turned into a shirt. Nebraska NICE is the slogan adopted by the tourism board. Many dislike it. Fortunately this design can be read as Nice, Vice, Nile or Vile, so depending on your mood you can let it say anything or nothing.
