Series “Mittwochsseminar”

The poster-series “Mittwochsseminar” is quite an old project from university. The assignment was to create posters for a series of lectures at our school (called “Mittwochsseminar”/“Wednesday Lectures”) using only basic shapes, black & white, DIN A4 and Univers.

“Table” is just some sort of timetable with the word “Mittwochsseminar” in the middle and the weeks iterating from top to bottom.

“Speech” shows four abstracted speech-bubbles behind each other which are iterated through with each speaker in the line-up.

“Audience” is a diagram of a typical lecture situation from above, the black bar being the stage (with four dots for four speakers in the series) and the dots representing the audience and the with diverse opinions. There was also an “interactive” version where all the dots were white and the audience could rate the talk by filling in the dots.
