Do Not Guess, Measure

In business, sometimes you have to follow your gut. But guessing when you can measure is pure entrepreneurial suicide! Don’t assume you know what people want, or that your customers are happy with your service. Because you don’t. So unless you want to end up with a product no one needs, or a feature no one uses - measure everything you can. That’s the only way to make sure you’re on the right track.
