On-Demand Valet App

In my attempt to post a shot a day this week, I'm pretty stoked to say I designed one of...if not the...first on-demand valet apps on the market, Luxe. Check out some of the early concepts for "on-demand valet" from last year.

These designs were created back in late August to early September of 2014. It's interesting to design towards a new idea. For inspiration, I had to look to other on-demand apps like Uber and Lyft for their car sharing and mapping. I also looked at Bloomthat, Munchery, Postmates, and Instacart for how they handle deliveries and tipping.

The original theory was no map, let's make more of a fun experience. Ultimately though, the app needed to be more like a utility and map focused -- hence why this initial concept for this new market was quickly put in the archives.

Still loved the design though! Stoked to unhide it from everyone.
