LIV Visual Identity Process

LIV, a company committed to enhancing living experiences, approached us to help create a visual identity that truly captured their vision. With their tagline "Home is where the heart is and we are here to enhance", LIV's goal is to differentiate manager's properties and transform them into unforgettable communities that offer unique experiences.

Our team was tasked with creating a brand that was both progressive and mature, tailored towards tenants, and would communicate LIV's core values of trust and coherence. The result was a brand that accurately conveyed LIV's values and vision, while also differentiating them from their competitors. The brand elements we created included a new logo, a color scheme, a typeface, and a brand messaging strategy.

The new brand gave LIV a cohesive identity that would help them establish a strong presence in their industry and ultimately help them achieve their goal of transforming buildings into thriving communities.
