Brach - Hotel Booking mobile application UI/UX design
Brach is a design concept for a hotel app that allows users to browse through a catalog of rooms, book their hotel stay, choose and book hotel services, manage their expenses and length of stay.
About the client
Brach is app that not only introduces potential guests to the features of the hotel (which is located in the heart of Paris), but also allows you to arrange the most comfortable stay in a hotel in one click.
Problems
Multi-stage booking. Many users are faced with the problem of lack of control over their stay at the hotel. They have to book a room on the site, with the help of receptionist. It creates additional steps in the booking process.
No single search. A lot of hotel app have been made for informational purposes without a functional base. The user would like to get acquainted with the hotel and at once to immediately book in it in order to save their personal time.
Confused navigation. Many users are faced with the problem of lack of control over their stay at the hotel. They have to book a room on the site, with the help of receptionist. It creates additional steps in the booking process.
Solutions
