Shazam for Windows Phone

We are excited to introduce you to our new Windows Phone app.

The app hadn’t been updated for a long time and needed to be refreshed to bring it in line with our iOS and Android apps.

Redesigning the Windows Phone Shazam App has been quite a challenge. The main focus when designing the app was to keep consistency throughout the different platforms but at the same time respecting the WP design patterns. Based on this, we included the endless swipe navigation and sharp bold edges of the WP design while incorporating in our brand and new features from our other apps.

With the latest update we have added a host of new features. Users now can save their Shazams and also see what their friends are Shazaming for the first time in Windows Phone.
We have also just released our News Feed on WP, where users can discover great videos, interviews and more from artists they’ve Shazamed.
