Public Administrations Mobile App | UI Challenge #21

What’s up everyone? 👋

We know that public administrations are always behind when it comes to technology. The aim of this app concept is to simplify communication between citizens and public administrations, making it easier for people to discover new subsidies and complete common bureaucratic procedures.

The app allows users to easily and securely interact with the various public administrations, acting as an aggregator for all their services, communications and payment requests. Users can renew their ID cards, receive payment notices, pay for services and taxes in seconds, and apply for available subsidies and grants - all within one app.

And we know that public administrations can sometimes seem like a black box with unclear taxes and practices. That’s why we also want to educate users on the most recent activities within these departments, explain how certain tax payments work and why they’re required, and provide ways for users to contact a dedicated customer support to answer any questions they may have.
