Had the pleasure of creating this commission illustration for Bloch Real Estate recently for a print ad and some other marketing materials. Bloch is a local real estate team in Santa Cruz, Ca and they were looking to do something a little different from what you might typically see from a real estate company.

Their office is located in close proximity to Blacks Beach, a popular beach and left hand surf break that I had been wanting to illustrate for awhile so I took it as a perfect opportunity to do both.
