OCC UX Design Process

This is the OCC design process. In every step of the process we involve users, meet them, show what we're working on and get their feedback. We sketch a lot, work very closely with our clients and the project's team. Developers attend user research, then we discuss, sketch together, put things up on the project's board and come to conclusions together.

The process is not as linear as it's shown and doesn't necessarily happen in this order, but it can give you an idea of our process and what UX activities we do.
