We recently pushed a heavily re-worked version of our checkout process. Generally improving the experience and adding in more automation and saving of data to help users complete their purchase. It's displayed in a modal for most users but some mobile devices have issues with position:fixed (particularly iOS) so they just get a new window.

Colors and logo are customisable, this example using the dribbble logo and colors from https://dribbble.com/branding.
