All of my work was created with the help of many.

As the creative manager responsible for leading a team of designers in producing the creative assets for a Fortune 500 company’s U.S. sales conference, I am proud to share that the event was a tremendous success. Nearly 2,000 attendees enjoyed a seamless experience as they engaged with our visually stimulating creative assets.

 

Our primary goal was to create an immersive atmosphere that leaned into the location, in San Antonio. We focused on designing visual materials that were rich, striking and stood out in the crowd – with a heavy dose of Texas fun. We employed a variety of mediums to ensure our message was consistent and unmistakable.

For the conference’s screen graphics in the ballroom, we opted for vivid, eye-catching images paired with a vibrant color palette with. Our goal was to draw the audience’s attention to the messaging, driving home the theme of the conference. Credit to the designer, Jeremy!

For the environmental designs, we crafted innovative pieces to support our theme of recognition. Our impactful displays combined with soft lighting helped set the mood for the event and create an atmosphere of fun, festivity and celebration.
