I recently completed Acumen + IDEO's course "Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design." Our team's design challenge was "How might we provide healthy food options for people."
Our research and key insights led us to the idea of creating an app that changes eating patterns based on the user's lifestyle. The idea breaks the customary breakfast, lunch and dinner mealtimes into smaller meals throughout the day. Mealtimes are determined based on the user's habits such as sleeping, daily activities, exercise, snacking, etc.
Alongside meal suggestions, tracking and user input, the user will develop new and healthier eating habits that are aligned with their personal lifestyle.
