App BetterWell - Profile screen

I worked on BetterWell app and here is the profile screen.

The app is a quiz engine that will be used to identify how "healthy" an individual is. A user can take multiple quizzes from a variety of categories. Based on the quiz performance, an overall "health score" is created to allow the user to identify areas where they are strong and weak.
