Take a look at our vision of a new Smart Key design concept for hotels. Using the app, guests can download their hotel room keys to their mobile phone.
For hoteliers, the application provides an opportunity to instantly and, most importantly, manage the guest experience online.
Most people, myself included, prefer to send a quick message to the hotel if you have a question or something in the hotel room instead of picking up the phone and calling the front desk. Have you had practice of using smart keys in a hotel? We would love your feedback ❤️
