"Ways of Working" Video Concept

I have a client who consults with companies to help them find new "Ways of Working" to improve the way their teams work together. I thought it would be cool to see the name of the program revealed by literally having people work together to form the letters in the name. Ultimately, they passed on the concept, but I still love it.
