Citylights app design

Design of the app for our company move at Citylights, a 33.000 sq ft campus near Paris in 2016.
An app to help the collaborators locate themselves in the building, book a meeting room, collaborate, chat and read the latest news of the company.
We are still studying the technical details regarding geolocation, integration of the booking system and all the collaborative modules.
The concept has been presented to the top management. Positively received, we are now setting up the prioritization of the features, budgeting the technical and functional aspects, thinking agile, so as to be ready for the move during Spring 2016.
