I’m Jon, and I designed a Lunar Calendar for 2023 so you’ll never miss another full moon, meteor shower, or eclipse all year.

The universal grid system arranges the days of the year onto a graph. Months are along the x-axis and days of the week are along the y-axis. This makes finding your place in time really straightforward.

The tracking system has major celestial events marked with special glyphs. This minimal approach produces and pretty unique pattern across the calendar’s grid.

Designing this calendar has been a genuine labor of love. I can’t wait to share the rest of the print series that compliments it.
