Link of Times
Cultural and Historical Foundation "The Link of Times" was established by Russian industrialist and businessman Viktor Vekselberg, in April 2004. The Foundation's mission - the return to Russia of cultural property removed from the country in the twentieth century. In this case we are talking about the values that represent not only cultural, but also a historical significance that allows us to consider them genuine national relics.
