Eletive - Enterprise-level Product - Design Interaction

We are super proud to present interaction design for one of the flows of an enterprise-level product that we designed for our client Eletive.

It's an online employee engagement platform that provides evidence-based insights with pulse surveys to provide organizations with powerful data quickly.

Based on machine learning, pulse surveys give employees relevant questions that only take a few minutes to complete.

This helps leaders, managers, and employees align around goals and track progress with actionable results in real-time. It enables them to create meaningful conversations and drive a positive performance culture in any organization by gathering all aspects of your employee's performance and growth in one platform.

We kept the UI design as simple as possible in order to target their primary audience, with a professional-looking color palette and typography, so that end users can work with data, graphs, and custom surveys without any discomfort as the breadth and complexity of data increases.
