Mindful or Mind Full? — Poster

Mindfulness is the basic ability to pay attention to the world around you, and to have an awareness of your own thoughts and feelings as they happen. To be "Mind Full" is to be the opposite and be overwhelmed with the world around you and to lack control of your thoughts and feelings.

My aim was to portray the definitions of "Mindful" and "Mind Full" in a educational yet entertaining way through the representation of popsicles, where being Mindful is to have a sense of clarity and to be "cool-headed", yet to be Mind Full is to lose control and to essentially have a "brain melt".
