The Challenge
Userwise wanted to introduce new features and tools to help mobile game developers retain their players more effectively.
The first step in our process was to conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of their users. We interviewed mobile game developers and analyzed user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the app.
Based on the research, we identified several key issues with the existing app design. To address these issues, we focused on simplifying and streamlining the app's interface. We removed unnecessary elements and redesigned the navigation to make it more intuitive and easier to use.

The Results
The new and redesigned interfaces were met with positive feedback from the client as well as their users. They appreciated the simplified interface and new tools. As a result, Userwise saw an increase in user engagement and a decrease in user churn.
