Human hamster wheel 🐹🔄

This time two years ago I was half way through NZ's 14 day managed isolation (MIQ). “Inspired” by the obscure nature of our daily walks, I started this piece to pass the time, and now finally got around to finishing it.

Each day we were allowed 40 mins to walk in circles on our hotel roof. The defence force babysat us, making sure we were two meters apart, while we followed our loop marked by road cones and umbrellas. So many chalk drawings on the walls from family walk sessions ✏️🌀
