Supermarket Conversation User Interface (CUI)

This CUI was designed as part of the 14 days daily conversation design challenge organized by Ryan, Hillary, & the UXWC team.

Day 2: Re-Engagement Message

The goal of this challenge is to send alerts to a supermarket's returning customers to notify them about a new online ordering feature.

Thought process:

Approaching returning users by their personal name adds a friendly tone to the message. Begin with an announcement to set up the expectation before delivering the actual message. Use a separate chat bubble to deliver the prompt so that it highlights the action we'd like the customer to take. Provide a few options to make communication more efficient.
