Case Study - Shelter App & responsive website
The problem:
Users lack of information regarding pets or shelters and some of them need to be more guided and advised in the adoption process, which is usually very long.
The goal:
Design a responsive website for Paw that allows users to adopt a pet easily and confidently with all the information needed.
My role:
UX designer designing a responsive website for Paw from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Conducting research and competitor audit, conducting interviews, paper and digital wireframing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.
