I wanted to show you my new design Mortgage Calculator (Loan Calculator) and Amortisation Forecast Chart.

I designed mobile and desktop versions for both sides of the design. I added the video of the prototype, but I decided not to add the prototype video recordings of the mobile versions in order not to crowd too much and not to disturb the visual integrity.

This is the desktop version of the mortgage calculator, I have hidden some inputs so that I don't take up too many pixels.

These hidden inputs are pre-filled inputs of the property listing, but users can change the result by setting them if they want.

Mortgage (Loan) Amortization Chart & Forecast - Desktop UI Design

This forecast chart includes:

1. Payment amount of the principal and interest payments of the mortgage by years

2. Value of increased rental income according to appreciate and inflation rate

3. Estimated future property value calculated based on current property value and appreciate and inflation ratio
