The no-code tool to build web interfaces

We helped the team at Live Story rethink the UX of their product.

Live Story is a technology company based in New York. Its product, marketed as Software-as-a-Service, is a platform that helps brands bring together creative content to create high-impact web pages without having to write a single line of code.

Used by companies such as Diesel, Diadora, Dolce & Gabbana, Furla and La Sportiva, the Live Story platform integrates with the main e-commerce CMSs (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento and others) and offers its customers great creative freedom in the creation of marketing-oriented landing pages, with extremely short implementation times.

After a few years devoted to working on the product model, Live Story found its positioning in the boundless management of the digital experience. The platform had to be updated accordingly – greatly simplifying the information architecture and rethinking the UX in line with the new value proposition. To do this, they chose Moze.

Define the architecture

Based on the information gathered, we designed the new information architecture of the platform, which we were able to greatly simplify compared to the previous version.

We used Whimsical as a wireframing tool, frequently sharing drafts with the Live Story team and optimising them based on their feedback.

Designing the interface

We designed the most important screens of the new Live Story user interface.

Together with the graphic layouts, we also delivered a UI Kit containing the various components of the new interface. Thus, we allowed the Live Story developers to continue working independently on the UI while maintaining stylistic and usability consistency with the design created by Moze.
