From all the options we explored, we retained Arvil Sans.

Because Arvil is so thin, it wasn't necessarily fitting well with the thicknesses of the strokes in the badge. I created four variations of stroke thicknesses (no stroke, .25 point stroke, .35 point stroke, and .5 point stroke).
