Sendlane Platform – Spacing System

Sharing Spacing System from the Sendlane eCommerce Marketing Platform that was designed following the brand visual identity and our discovery process.

The Client

Sendlane is an email marketing platform based in San Diego. Founded in 2013, the company has grown to a team of more than 50 people and helps a wide range of e-commerce businesses to get more from their email marketing efforts. Sendlane is a behaviour based email marketing automation tool for more than 1700+ eCommerce stores. They provide Marketing Automation, Multivariable Segmentation and Real-Time Analytics to their customers.

The Challenge

We re-designed the platform from the smallest atom to the most complex organism. We created four different grids following complex case scenarios and compound platform functionality. We created extended Component Library including simple Components and complex components which could include many levels of simple components within.

The Solution

BB Agency provided a consistent complex Design System and overhauled common modules, components and systemised them across the environment, so they could be easily integrated during development. We provided a Design System environment with a high level of flexibility which could be applied to the growing and extending platform environment.

We are delighted with the results and the delivery of this project. The team at Sendlane trusted us to push the boundaries and challenge the ways how environment and Design System could be organised to supplement high level of flexibility for such a complex eCommerce Platform environment.
