For 2015, the sales kick-off meetings included Blackbaud’s general and enterprise business units. Agency 545 was asked to help develop an overarching theme to be used not only for the kick-off itself, but also throughout the year. The theme needed to infuse excitement and energy, encapsulate Blackbaud’s company-wide direction for the year, and convey the awesome changes happening in 2015.
Agency 545 developed the theme of “It’s Go Time!” to capture the idea of seizing the moment. I designed this using the bright Blackbaud green and motion lines. This design treatment for the theme carries over the energetic feel needed to fire up the sales team to charge toward their 2015 goals.
