The manager, as well as the driver, can contact each other via video call at any working time if they need to discuss any changes in the route or clarify the delivery details. They can also clarify the information in the chat to always stay in touch.
Drivers have a special work phone, mounted to the right of the steering wheel on the front of the truck, which is connected to the platform system. The driver does not need to be distracted from the road and hold the phone in his hands.
