Due Payment Takeover

One of the biggest problems we've noticed when we launched installments was collecting past due payments.

Even being an automated process, sometimes we would have issues collecting the amount for reasons such as not enough funds in the bank account, the card used been lost/stolen/expired or any other issues with the bank.

Data showed us that ~86% of customers launched the app within 3 days of their payment failure. For this reason we've decided to prompt customers with a full screen takeover to inform them about the due payment and provide a clear path for them to take an action.

As a result, ~84% of customers tapped to "Manage My Plan" and ~51% success to collect due payments.
