Notifications

My involvement began prior to designing the feature. I worked with product to synthesize my user research into product requirements prior to designing the feature and working with Engineering to implement it. The goal of the Notifications feature are two fold, one of which is a product goal, the other is a user goal: 1. product goal - increase retention, 2. user goal - get alerted to important account-related activity.
