Docly- All In One Medical Solution | UX Case Study

We are happy to share one of our amazing projects, Docly!
As you can see in the docly design case study, we have showcased the whole journey for a user and how our app can create value in their lives. In developing the UI, we have added eye-comforting colors and cool illustrations to make the whole process more interactive for the users!
Project Overview
Docly is more than just a doctor's appointment and consultation app. This app is designed to take complete care of the users and help them take care of their families from the comfort of home - consulting doctors online, booking doctor appointments, ordering medicines online, and booking diagnostic tests everything is here.
This app is useful not only for users but also for doctors and medical suppliers. It will assist suppliers in promoting their businesses and locating potential customers here. Furthermore, doctors can easily attend to the needs of their patients, allowing them to serve more people in need.
Problems & challenges
Users are in dire need of an app that can make their rush life a bit more convenient. For example, getting the right doctor easily, instead of knocking door to door, or getting meds delivered fast for emergencies. One of the most challenging tasks was simplifying user flow to facilitate navigation, as software for medical management will always contain an excessive number of on-screen elements.
Solutions
We tried to incorporate every feature that would provide all of the solutions users need while designing Docly. Users can choose the best doctor for them from a variety of doctor profiles and reviews. This feature has a location track option so
that customers can get medicines from nearby pharmacies as soon as possible. Patients who are unable to move have the chance of having lab tests performed at home, resulting in less hassle and pain. With Docly, we are trying to make healthcare services easily accessible to anyone and anywhere.
