Avery Durham Logo + Presentation Design

Avery Durham's founder, James Hogue contacted me to create a set of slides for his new consulting startup. We worked together to create a color palette, logo and five slides.

I started off the project by sending him a few different color palettes to choose from and some logo mockups. After discussing what he liked and didn't like and send variations of the logo we agreed on the simple Avery Durham text with a line underneath.

For each slide I sent two versions for him to pick from and made minor changes as needed. I wanted the slides to be fun but simple and not distracting from the text.

The turnover time for this project was two weeks. Throughout this project I learned that less is often more when it comes to presentation design. A presentation doesn't need to be flashy or filled with images to be successful. It was a pleasure to work with Hogue on his new endeavor.
