Understanding The Challenge

I started the project by understanding the challenge of the project and gathering the product specifications.

What is the product about?
Who is our audience?
What are their goals?
How can we break down the tasks they must do to reach their goal?

Our challenge was to create an MVP for managers to:

Track the results of surveys with the answers in a real-time dashboard.
Create and manage Surveys intuitively.
Lead the users to the value with ease of use.

Sketching Ideas

I always start my ideation process by sketching ideas to quickly find fresh and innovative ideas without dealing with layers and, most importantly, to validate the concept as soon as possible with stakeholders to get feedback from them.

After we got the idea, I collaborated with stakeholders to create MVB -The Minimum Viable Brand (MVB)-, so we could get started in the visual design phase.

Mockup Design

Based on the discovery I did in the first time in the project, I understand from stakeholders that the product will be developed in a No Code platform -bubble io- and with a goal to design MVP, I focused on creating a simple and functional as possible design with simple interactions, and beautiful design that could be implemented easily and quickly.

Create New Survey

Challenge

The goal of our users is to create and manage different types of surveys intuitively and with customized options.

Solution

I used direct manipulation to create a simple and intuitive solution for our users while they see their final input, 'What they see is what they get.' in just two-step.

As well as providing all the controls such as 'questions order, add/remove, or using design patterns such as the accordion and drag and drop to allow the user to move between questions quickly if there are more than 6 to 7 questions.
