Menu to Search

Working with @Matt Carney to nail down transitions from page to page in World Atlas.

This transition is when the user taps search from the main menu.

Within most views in the app, items transition off to left and come in from right. Things right off the main menu don't follow that exact path, as the card initially comes in from the bottom where it will stay unless users interact with the globe.
