Concept for Unique Coffee Brand

This design concept is far from complete, but I've fallen into a trap where I either love or hate the direction I'm going in, so I'm looking for thoughts from the community to see if I can get my thinking on track. Obviously this is a... different kind of coffee company, but the idea was born after a close friend of mine battled stage 3 colon cancer at a very young age. We wanted to do something to raise awareness around the importance of getting checked younger than the guidelines suggest, and so the entire thing is a bit tongue and cheek.
