Coworkia

I've designed the logo for the new Warsaw coworking space "Coworkia".

The metaphor based on mermaid (polish: Syrenka Warszawska), that depicted on the emblem of Warsaw and has been in use since at least the mid-14th century.

Traditionally, it is represented with a sword and shield in hand, but I have drawn it with a cup of coffee (or tea) and a laptop that is more suitable to the context of coworking ;)) Also, the image of a mermaid resembles the shape of the letter "C", the first letter of the brand name.
