In this design, the I use our custom design system called Playbook. Every component is used in this design has gone through multiple stages of design iterations and testing to make sure they are battle tested in the production app.

CRUD page solution for internal Compensation Plans

As the business continues to grow the need to bring a structured compensation plan for every title in the company gets more complex. This app along with its features will allow the user to create custom pay plans for every business unit in the company. It will also create multiple bonus structures for tiers of each title which allows flexibility as employees progress their performance.
