KChat is a safe chat app for kids that we designed both the UI and UX.

For these designs we followed our methodology:

• Empathize with the client.

• Survey and research.

• Sketching.

• Design.

• Prototyping.

This simple process is our secret to achieve a successful and agile work with the client to achieve the goals set, without surprises or frustrations.

Logo Design

The logo design is based on the concept of protecting imagination and innocence. Kchat seeks to provide a safe space for all children. The cloud also serves as the logo, mascot and emojis of the app.

Mobile App Design

For the design of the mobile app it was very important to take into account the user experience of children, who may not know how to read, or communicate only with audio messages or drawings. For this reason we designed a system of icons that are easy to remember and easy to access any functionality of the app.

Landing page

Finally we designed a landing page for the app, where basic information can be obtained and downloaded in an easy and accessible way from any device.
