Building a new workflow would be a core user flow for the 'triathlon insights' side-project. This simple modal only has a few fields. It focuses on the key pieces of information that will have an impact on what controls and fields are available within the workflow canvas. For example, a user creating a workflow for 'Race sign-up' may need different controls than a workflow for how to restock an aid station during a live race.

I've also looked for small ways to provide context and guide the user, all without being too heavy handed. When asking for the workflow name, I've added support text explaining that the best workflow names are both memorable and relevant. There's also an option to see example workflow names.
