OSX Tips

The native OSX 'Tips' are a bit too vivid and use a horrible shade of yellow. For Rail Modeller we reduced the saturation and border contrast to make a much more harmonious interface.

Tips are all toggled on / off at the same time from a menu button. Each tip gives some basic information about key areas but also links to a dedicated 'help' section where full information can be found.
